You need to be involved from the Boy Scouts, consciously participate in the meetings as an adult member, if it is something they are really interested in this, a voluntary position. Participate after the completion of an application for a guide and a tutorial, my about 6-8 hours on a Saturday was not until the end, there are training courses to be taken depending on the type of leader you are and what kind of activities you plan to have his troops to take part in.
