Could one do permanent damage if push their index finger against a tooth for 10 seconds real hard? - index of adult xxx

f I put my finger on an adult tooth, and click on it very hard for about 10 seconds, would seriously undermine all real?

Is why I have not and now I am concerned. Thank you.

No, why should it?
